The blog posts have slowed down a little bit lately, due to my wife and I moving into our first home, which is by the water, south of Boston, where this picture was made. Pretty cool. I'm thinking I may make more South Shore night pictures in the future.
Also, here is a video I recently completed for the HAM PLAN. Austin Malleolo (who's starred in many of my recent videos for Whole Foods Market) is a big time CrossFit dude along with his good friend Spencer Hendel. Both of these gentleman repeatedly make it to the CrossFit games every year. The HAM PLAN helps you program CrossFit workouts based on your own strengths and weaknesses and allows you to work out with others, while simply tweaking the workouts to each persons needs. Pretty cool.
